The JPEG files retain the complete source composition. Processing is limited to
EXIF orientation, responsive resizing, and JPEG compression. The overview uses
a centered landscape crop of the architecture. Collection thumbnails use a
centered 4:3 crop; the editorial portrait uses 3:4 (4:5 on narrow screens).
Inspection and study readers always expose the complete image. These are house
example compositions, not cropped research references.

sources.json records source URLs, download URLs, dimensions, file paths, and
byte sizes. Reproduce the files with node scripts/folio/source-photos.mjs.
